1. The bus service is optional, and subscription is based on the order of booking.

2. Commitment to the bus supervisor's instructions and having the bus ID card available and presenting it to the supervisor continuously.

3. It is mandatory to remain seated on the seats, and standing inside the bus while it is in motion is strictly prohibited.

4. Commitment to the bus schedule and departure times; the university is not responsible for the student's delay in arriving at the specified time.

5. Reserving seats inside the bus or placing personal belongings on the adjacent seat is prohibited.

6. It is prohibited to use the mobile phone or laptop with audible sound, only using headphones.

7. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the bus.

8. Please maintain the cleanliness of the bus and dispose of food and drink leftovers in the designated bin.

9. Students are prohibited from sitting next to female students.

10. The university is not responsible for any personal belongings of the student inside the bus.

11. In the event of a complaint from the bus supervisor, the student will be partially or completely prohibited from riding the bus, depending on the violation.

12. The bus fare is non-refundable.

13. The university is not responsible for any external agreements between students and any other party regarding the transfer of students.

14. In the event that the number of subscriptions is insufficient to reach the minimum required for bus rental, the student will be notified regarding their transfer to the nearest available route. If this is not possible, the full transportation service subscription fee will be refunded to the student, with no responsibility on the university to provide transportation services for the student.

15. The bus subscription service is a secondary service, and the subscription fee is charged annually.
